How long does a custom flag take?
Production is 2–4 business days and shipping is 5–12 business days to US addresses. The checkout page shows the estimate for your ZIP code before you pay.
Is the flag printed on both sides?
Double-sided flags are printed on both faces and read correctly from either side. Single-sided flags are printed on the front only and cost less.
What photo works best?
A sharp photo where the subject fills most of the frame. Pet portraits on a plain background print best because the background is removed before printing.
Can I change the design after ordering?
You can edit or cancel free of charge until the order enters production, usually within a few hours. After that the design is already on the press.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. v0 ships to US addresses only; Canada and the UK are planned.
